Delivery

All items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, which
needs a signature on delivery. I aim to post orders the next working day,
during busy times this may be up to three days, I will update on expected
dispatch times. Please email me if an order is urgent.

Payment

All card payments are handled securely by Squarespace.

Returns

To qualify for free returns the following terms apply:

• Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, and before sending any returns.

• Returns must be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class Recorded Delivery,
  to the return address on the back of your delivery envelope.

• Goods must be returned in unused, re-saleable condition.

• Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after inspection of any returned goods.
